For Organisations
— WorkshopsThe patterns your organisation produces
Every industry builds a particular kind of leader. These are not individual failings. They are organisational patterns — and they are invisible until someone names them in the room.
What we offer
Formats
Single sessions — 90 minutes
One pattern. One room. Ninety minutes of recognition work with 12–20 leaders. Not a lecture — a naming. The room does the work once the pattern is visible.
1-day workshops
A full day of developmental work with 12–16 leaders. Pattern mapping, behavioural experiments, and the first experience of choosing rather than obeying the strategy that built their careers.
2-day programmes
The full developmental arc compressed into two days with 8–12 leaders. Day one: recognition. Day two: what becomes possible when the pattern becomes a choice rather than a reflex.
Most organisations fund this through the team's development budget.
The sessions
Four 90-minute sessions
The Control Audit
"If I don't control the outcome, it will fail." This session names the belief, traces where it came from, and asks a question the belief does not permit: what happens when you let go and the outcome survives?
The Expertise Trap
For technical leaders promoted because they knew things — and now lead teams who need them to stop knowing. The distance between "my value is what I know" and "my value is what I enable" is shorter than they think.
The AI Mirror
AI does not threaten competence. It threatens the story leaders tell about why they matter. This session uses AI as the mirror — not to discuss technology, but to surface the self-recognition gap.
The Service Bind
For leaders whose value has become what they give. The question is not whether to serve. It is whether the serving requires disappearing.
The workshops
Day-length programmes
From Expert to Leader
Names the triad that holds leaders in place: expertise as identity, control as safety, belonging through competence. Not a skills programme. An identity programme.
The Seven Masks
Every leader in the room maps to at least one of seven patterns. Drawn from 120 pattern assignments across 19 industries.
Leadership in Regulated Environments
For pharma, medtech, and life sciences. Works the line between caution that protects patients and caution that protects identity.
When Service Becomes Identity
For FMCG, hospitality, and service-oriented cultures. The Devoted pattern — service as belonging.

A conversation first.
If you work in L&D or talent development and recognise these patterns in your leadership population, I would welcome a conversation about what the work looks like in your context.
